Busbud Return Policy?
Busbud.com has a Refund Policy that governs the refunds available to passengers who purchase a bus ticket through their platform.
In case of a Technical Issue with the booking process, such as the bus ticket not being delivered electronically in time for the bus travel, the bus ticket containing inaccurate information, or the charge on the passenger’s credit card not matching the final price of the ticket purchased on the website at the time of the booking, Busbud may, at their discretion, reimburse the passenger up to the amount paid through the site. The passenger is required to bring the technical issue to Busbud's attention in writing as soon as the issue is detected, and the claim must be made at the latest 24 hours after the time and date of the bus travel.
For Travel Issues, such as the bus operator cancelling a bus transport shortly before the scheduled start of the reservation, the bus departure being late or delayed due to breakdowns, road conditions, weather or other conditions beyond the bus operator’s control, or the bus travel presenting a safety or security issue for the passenger, Busbud does not offer refunds. The passenger should contact the bus operator directly about their refund policy regarding any travel issue.
Busbud also offers a Refund For Any Reason add-on that enables passengers to cancel their Busbud trip purchase at any time and for any reason up to 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled departure and receive a 100% refund from Busbud. The refund status with the operator at the time of cancellation will determine if the passenger receives a refund in cash or credits.
Once a booking is cancelled from a Busbud account, the refund should be received within a few business days, usually within 5 days.
